illustration friday - island

My poor kitten, despite her claims to the contrary, is so attention starved since we have been fostering this new black lab. I, on the other hand, haven't gotten any peace, both the dogs think it's funny to tag-team wrestle me (me, not so much). Now that we have decided to adopt this maniac, who knows when our next kitten-private-island-moment will happen. Maybe when my husband returns from Oahu.

A good advert for having two dogs; I wonder if Brian and Bella will agree. I somehow think that cat will have the last laugh!

I agree with Connie, I think kitties always get the last laugh some how, some way. This is really adorable!! Love it!

Oh, and congrats on the new addition!

yay, you've adopted him! Ever since I got my dog (Emma) my cat (Bliss) finds the middle of the night to be the appropriate time to have one on one time with mom! She plops her bog ol' self on my pillow and purrs or kneads me until I get up to feed her. This goes on at least three times in the course of my sleep time. I know...I allow it. But with Emma under the blankets, I can't shut Bliss out of the room. That would just be wrong. Right?

Love your island illo :)

Great fun! Suspect the kitten will get its moment when the dogs wear themselves out :)
