sad news

Sadly over Thanksgiving my dear sister-in-law's beloved golden retriever passed over the rainbow bridge. We were all so lucky to have the entire family together one last time before she went. My S-I-L raised Nadia from a puppy to be a service dog. Happily for us, Nadia was afraid of thunder so S-I-L got to adopt her for her very own.

My heart goes out to your family. Our animal family members are never with us long enough and brighten our lives so much while they are here. And they leave us with wonderful memories to keep us company for the rest of our lives. Your illustration is beautiful.

Oh, Erin, I'm so sorry for you and your sister-in-law! Those picture of Nadia are so touching. You can tell she was such a sweet, beautiful, wonderful companion! I'm sure she brought much happiness and love to you all... It is not easy to lose our animal friends, but their memory never leave us. Again, so, so sorry...

So sorry to hear about your sister-in-law's dog. It's always hard when a loved family member has to leave us. She looks so sweet and cute, and it looks like she had a happy life filled with love and fun.
